ihelp – some parts on my product are damaged when it was received
Even with the utmost care, it does happen that some parts of a shipment can get damaged, due to the human factor during shipping.
You are eligible for a free part replacement, according to the Policy, if it is reported within seven days of delivery.
Any item that was not returned for service within seven days from the date on which it was delivered considered to be free of defect upon arrival.
